The hound of the baskervilles episode 1

A New Case for Sherlock Holmes (episode 1 The Hound of the Baskervilles)
One evening, a man called Dr. Mortimer came to see Sherlock Holmes, the famous London detective. The later introduced Dr. Watson to him. Sherlock Holmes wanted to know, how they could help him. Dr. Mortimer asked, if they knew about the curse of Baskerville family. Dr. Watson proposed Dr. Mortimer to sit down by the fire and tell them about it.
Dr. Mortimer told about next. Sir Hugo Baskerville was an evil man. In 1643, he kidnapped a neighbour’s daughter and took her to Baskerville Hall. The girl managed to escape, but Sir Hugo and his friends chased her across the moor. The girl died of fear. Suddenly, they saw a huge black hound with eyes of fire. It killed Sir Hugo. He was the first Baskerville to die that way – but not the last. He added, that in June, Sir Charles Baskerville died. The hound killed him.
Dr. Watson made the remark, that story was frightening. Sherlock Holmes said, that it was interested, but it was only an old legend. He asked, what Dr. Mortimer wanted him to do. The later wanted him to protect Sir Henry Baskerville. He added, Sir Charles was a very rich man. His nephew, Sir Henry, would inherit all his money and property. He continued, that Sir Henry was the last of the Baskervilles. Dr. Mortimer didn’t want him to die. Sherlock Holmes would do what he could to help him. They would see next morning.
