Письмо королеве / A letter to the Queen

Your Majesty,

I am writing to you with the hope that you like travelling. I would like to invite you to our beautiful town Biysk. Biysk is famous for its fascinating nature and friendly people. Our town stands on the river Biya. Nearby we have great mountains, clean blue lakes, deep forests. Lately tourists began to visit our place more often because, I guess, they are tired of concrete cities.

This year we celebrated 300 years anniversary of tour town. There was a real festival for all the citizens. I know that in the honor of your birthday, people also celebrate a great holiday. I wonder to see in reality.

I know that many people address their letters to you in order to ask for something. My letter will contain the wish of your coming to our place. And you know that very soon there will be St. Valentine`s Day. Though it is a European holiday we celebrate it and give our hearts to those whom we love, care and respect. I want to give my heart to you, with great respect to such a strong, wise, caring woman of our millennium.
