Activities and Key responsibilities:
Key responsibility – strategy and analysis
Develop the company strategy for the related product lines.
Support the retail and wholesale division by providing information and efficient tools to assist in reaching objectives.
Provide management with accurate and relevant information and analysis.
Produce monthly reports and analyze strengths and weaknesses of lines. Recommend and implement actions related to promotions, pricing, incentives, display etc…
Track competition in regards to products, pricing and client service and compare findings to brand.
Key responsibility – launch coordination
Organize new product launches on an on-going basis, i. e., strategy and timing, launch quantities, and regional dispatch. Coordinate with internal departments such as Visual, Advertising, Communications, Training and Public Relations to assist in meeting the brand’s objectives.
Adapt the brand International product news for the sales force.
Key responsibility – product management
Update product forecasts for the Supply Chain to place orders
Establish model stock and assortment definition with the Supply Chain and Retail Departments
Create and maintain references in the 1С system.
Develop boutique sales, according to the retail strategy;
Represent the brand, inside & outside the boutique;
Manage Team;
Manage operations;
Contribute to the run of the boutique;
Participate to the company action plan.
Responsible for responding to customer questions regarding product, price, availability and delivery;
Responsible for order placement, entry, processing and deliveries coordination;
Ability to resolve customer complaints and develop appropriate solutions;
Follow-up and analyze client’s performances;
Keep information about the current and past collections (new launches, discontinued items, special
Orders etc);
Give proposals to management on new openings and closings of accounts, sales actions to promote sell-out;
Meet the annual sales target based on the yearly budget.
Requirements:
Experience related to customer service;
Excellent communication and analytical skills are needed with an emphasis on details, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneous;
Computer literate;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Marketing or Business related degree;
Ability to travel occasionally as required.
